Rules

SERVER RULES & REGULATIONS

By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in penalties or a Permanent Ban.

1. ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own security.

  • Data Sharing: Do not share your data; the server will not recover lost accounts nor be held responsible for user negligence.

2. CONNECTION LIMITS

  • Maximum per HWID: 4

  • Maximum per IP: 4

  • Note: Any attempt to bypass these limits will result in an immediate ban.

3. TRADING AND EXCHANGES

  • Risk: Exchanges made without an official mediator are at your own risk.

  • Recoveries: The Administration will not recover items, Gold, or Silk lost in scams.

  • Authorized Staff: Only designated Staff members on Discord/WhatsApp are authorized to act as Intermediaries.

4. REAL MONEY TRADING (RMT)

  • Permission: RMT is permitted, but the price of Silk may be regulated by the Staff.

  • Mediation: We do not offer mediation services for these specific transactions.

  • Evasion: Attempting to evade regulated prices will lead to sanctions.

5. REPORT REWARDS

If you report a rule-breaker:

  • First Offense: Direct reward from the Staff.

  • Recurrence: You receive 50% of the Silk involved in the detected transaction.

6. STRICT PROHIBITIONS

  • Alliances: Teaming up during events to manipulate results is strictly prohibited.

  • Spying: Penalized if conducted against players in Job mode.

  • Bug Abuse: Exploiting glitches is prohibited; you must report them instead.

  • Staff Respect: Zero tolerance for insults, trolling, or impersonation of Staff members.

  • Advertising: Promoting other servers or external Discord links is prohibited.

7. BOTS AND BEHAVIOR

  • Botting/AFK: Prohibited at Unique spots or during events (Penalty: 1-day ban to permanent).

  • Job Cheating: The use of VMs, Bypasses, or modified DLLs for illicit farming will result in a ban.

8. COMMUNITY AND CONDUCT

  • Rumors: Spreading false information about the server carries a ban (3 days to permanent).

  • Hate Speech: No discrimination (race, religion, etc.) is allowed. Penalty: 1-day mute to permanent ban.

9. PAYMENTS AND DONATIONS

  • Chargebacks: Any payment reversal will result in an immediate permanent ban.

  • Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

10. SUPPORT

  • Protocol: Exclusively use the Ticket System. Do not send Direct Messages (DMs) to the Staff.

The Administration reserves the right to implement additional measures in exceptional situations not explicitly covered in this text.

TERMS OF USE

By continuing to use the ZSRO Online website and game client, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. PLAYER INTERACTION

The ZSRO Online team will not intervene if third parties harass or cause damage to you or your belongings within the game chat. Community conduct is managed via the report system.

2. ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • Sole Responsibility: Account security is the exclusive responsibility of the player.

  • No Recovery: ZSRO Online will not get involved in issues related to account hacking or scams.

  • Recommendation: Use a unique password and activate the Character Lock feature in-game.

3. INVESTIGATION OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

You consent to the temporary suspension of your account if suspicious activity is detected (illegal software, VMs, or modified DLLs).

  • Evidence: You may be required to provide photographic evidence of your hardware setup to regain access.

4. REFUND POLICY

  • Final Sale: All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. RIGHT OF SUSPENSION

The ZSRO Online team reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts without prior notice if a user is found to be damaging the reputation of the server, whether inside the game or on third-party platforms.
